The warranty period for optical laser lenses is 12 months, starting from the date of purchase.

• Warranty Claims:To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

  All warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period.

• Exclusions:This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation.

  Normal wear and tear, including scratches and minor cosmetic imperfections, are not covered under this warranty.

• Remedy:If the components cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund of the purchase price may be issued.

Each optical component can be packaged independently. The packaging is customized to avoid damage caused by shaking during transportation. It is covered with an inflatable protective film and then packaged to form secondary protection.
